Moving on Up - The V

And the Construction continues! Last week we showed you the newly paved Kitchen floor.  Now the frames for the Kitchen walls have been erected and the power is being installed.  Here's an updated shot -


Also this week they began laying the ducts for the air system.   This system will be purifying the air consistently throughout the day, as well as regulate the temperature in store -



Lastly, we just finished painting the inside of the framework for the Produce Coolers.  A special paint was used which deters mold from forming -



This week we are expecting the arrival of some of the equipment ( including the produce refrigeration)
